Redevelopment of the C77 building with a cellular facade in aluminum and glass.

The project for the redevelopment of the multifunctional building C77 in Spinea (VE) saw the dismantling of all the pre-existing windows during the construction phase to facilitate the installation of a cellular facade in aluminum and glass. The insertion of an upper perimeter cladding in Alucobond, completed aesthetically by full-height insert columns in black seamed titanium-zinc, gives continuity and harmony to the building envelope, integrating completely with the load-bearing structures also clad in black titanium-zinc.

The characteristic final checkerboard effect, due to the modularity of the cells, has allowed to maximize the amount of natural light inside the rooms, to the benefit of both psychophysical well-being and energy consumption.
